Jimmy, I’ve been using Ab Rocket for about two weeks now and I really think its starting to affect how I look, my abs are more firm but I will let time see how it is because I don’t believe in instant results, you gotta work hard for long time to see results.

I have been using ab rocket for 2 weeks now and it really helps me in doing the crunches. Before i had the ab rocket i really struggled to do crunches and i had back pains but now they are gone. I am still waiting for results though…
